2. Data Protection

Anonymous data is data that cannot be used to draw conclusions about your person. The evaluation of anonymous data serves, for example, to analyze the habits of our users in order to make our offer more user-friendly and to adapt it to the wishes and needs of our users (e.g. number of page impressions, usage statistics, etc.)

Personal data is the information that makes it possible to identify a person. This includes in particular name, date of birth, address and telephone number. If you provide personal data within our web presence, this data will only be used within the scope of the consent you have given and only for the purpose stated on the respective page (e.g. ordering services, etc.). You have the possibility to revoke your consent at any time. We do not pass on any personal data to third parties. If personal data must be collected in order to provide our services, it will be deleted immediately after the service has been provided. If you access pages and files within this offer and are requested to enter personal data, please note that this data transmission via the Internet is unsecured and the data can therefore be accessed or falsified by unauthorized persons.

6. Log Files

Among other things, log files store the IP address, the browser used, time and date and the system used by a visitor to the site. We only store pseudonymized IP addresses of visitors to the website.

At web server level, this is done by storing an IP address 123.123.123.XXX in the log file by default instead of the actual IP address of the visitor, e.g. 123.123.123.123, where XXX is a random value between 1 and 254. Due to that it is not possible to connect this data to an individual person.

7. SSL encryption

To protect your transmitted data in the best possible way, the website operators use SSL encryption. You can recognize such encrypted connections by the prefix “https://” in the page link in the address line of your browser. Unencrypted pages are marked by “http://”. All data that you transmit to this website – for example in the case of enquiries or logins – cannot be read by third parties thanks to SSL encryption.

8. Complaint

If you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The contact details for the supervisory authority responsible for Bavaria can be found at: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/SharedDocs/Adressen/LfD/Bayern.html
